1. Online Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
2. Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location and following the pickup instructions provided with their order.
Food is prepared based on the requested or estimated pickup time whenever possible. Quality, temperature, and food safety may be affected when an order is picked up substantially later than scheduled.
We are not responsible for deterioration in food quality caused by unreasonable delays after an order has been prepared or picked up.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our food and beverages are prepared for individual orders and may contain perishable ingredients, all food and beverage sales are generally final once preparation has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may provide a cancellation, refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion depending on the circumstances and whether preparation has begun.
If your order is incorrect, missing an item, damaged, or otherwise materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

4. Menu Availability
